Is your BIOS update & Flash utility supported by the vendor?
In most cases, you may find your BIOS update & Flash utilty at the vendor's
web site.

Is your BIOS ROM installed in the socket?
If Your BIOS ROM was soldered directly on your motherboard, you can't
install RD1 on your motherboard. See pictures below and check it out.
